Mentorship Practice Sessions

These complimentary mentorship sessions are offered to support Pilates instructors who are completing their certification requirements. Participants will receive guidance and instruction from a teacher trainee under the supervision of a qualified mentor.

By participating, you understand that Pilates and physical exercise involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation and agree that Pilates Nosara, its instructors, teacher trainees, and staff are not liable for any injury, accident, or health issue that may occur during or as a result of participation.

If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns, please inform the instructor before the session and participate only within your own comfort level.
