Advanced Reformer & Chair Class
A dynamic, challenging Pilates class incorporating the Reformer, Chair, and occasionally the Barrel. Expect more complex exercises, creative sequences, and opportunities to deepen your strength, balance, and control. The apparatus used each day is selected based on the needs and abilities of the clients in the room. Prior Pilates equipment experience is required.
Advanced Equipment Class designed for the experienced Pilates mover. For this class you need to know how to use the equipment, change your springs, have previous experience with the advanced work, and know how to modify if you have any injuries. This class is fast paced and challenging.
Please note that cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full cost of the class booked.
