A full-body Pilates class incorporating the Reformer, Chair, and occasionally the Barrel. Exercises are adapted to different experience levels, offering options to both build strength, mobility, and increase the challenge. The apparatus used each day is selected based on the needs and abilities of the clients in the room. Prior Pilates equipment experience is required.
